Christmas Eggnog

The Eggnog is famous drink in America, in Panama and Canada and is always associated with winter celebrations such as Christmas and New Year. It is a delicious but calorie drink. But it is worthwhile!


  • 12 separately eggs 
  • 6 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of thick sour cream
  • 2 cups of whiskey
  • 1 + 1/2 cups of sugar
  • ¾ cup of brandy
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg

How to do

  1. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar for about 10 minutes. Add slowly the brandy and whiskey.
  2. When you complete the process, put the mixture in the fridge for about 6 hours.
  3. 30 minutes before your guests come, mix the milk in the ice bowl, add the nutmeg.
  4. In a separate bowl beat the cream on high speed until the cream become tough. In another bowl beat the egg whites until tighten. Gently put the egg whites in the bowl with the beaten egg yolks and then put the cream.
  5. Garnish with a little nutmeg and serve with a spoon.
