Viennese New Year cake

Ingredients

  • 1 butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3-4 vanilla
  • 4 tbsp walnuts
  • 4 tbsp almond
  • 4 tbsp grated dark chocolate
  • 4 tbsp  blonde raisins
  • 4 tbsp coconut
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 kg of lemon zest
  • 1 ml. orange zest
  • ½ cup of lemon and orange juice
  • 500 gr self-rising flour

How to do

  1. To start with, you beat the butter with the sugar in the mixer, until they becime fluffy. Add one by one eggs and continued to stir. Add the vanillass and the 2 zests.
  2. Then mix the flour with the baking in a bowl. Then lowered the speed of the mixer and add the juice, yogurt and flour alternately . After you pour all the flour, stop the mixer, take the nuts and mix them.
  3. Take the mixture and put it in a buttered and floured form and bake it at 160°C  for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The Viennese cake is ready!
