Fried anchovies with sesame!

Preparation time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

– 1/2 pound cleaned Anchovies

– 1 egg beaten with a little water

– White Sesame as needed

– Salt

– A little chopped parsley

– Sunflower oil for frying

How to Do:

Clean the anchovies, remove the heads, wash them well, drain them and add salt. In a bowl, add the egg with some water and beat them. Grabbed three anchovies by their tails, dip them in egg, then in sesame and fry them until golden brown.
