Cannelloni gratin

An easy, quick and especially tasty dish.


  • 250 gr minced pork
  • 1 onion
  • 250 gr of tomato juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 12 gr salt
  • 8 gr pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 500 gr cannelloni
  • 250 gr cream cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 250 gr of ground beef



How to do:

1) Finely chop the onion and the garlic. In a pan, saute them with olive oil. Add both ground beef and ground pork, salt and pepper and pour the tomato juice. Stir and cook until liquids are evaporated.

2) Fill cannelloni with minced meat and place them in a baking pan. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, egg and nutmeg.

3) Add salt and pepper and cover the surface of the pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees.
