Stuffed potatoes with eggs

Delicious breakfast for the whole family … you will love it!


  • 8 potatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • Butter
  • 200 gr. grated cheese
  • 8 slices bacon
  • fresh onion

How to do:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Bake the potatoes for 30-40 minutes until easily pierced. Take them out of the oven, cut out their “covers”  and then empty them (not completely). The inside of each potato, which you take out from them before, you can make it mashed, in order not to throw it away.

Then sauté the bacon.

Butter well the inside of each “empty” potato. Then, add to each 20 grams of cheese, bacon, one egg, salt, pepper and fresh onion. At the end of throwing above what is left over cheese and bake for about 20 minutes. At the end pour over what is leftover of  the cheese and bake it for about 20 minutes.
