Feast of croissants

The concept of breakfast is the ultimate craving that grabs you when you wake up one morning, you do not have to go to work and decide to give yourself a proper breakfast.

Feast of croissant……….


  • 1 box for 8 croissant dough 
  • 5 large eggs
  • 150 gr. grated cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon

How to do:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. In a pan make scrambled eggs* and salt and pepper them well.

Sauté briefly the bacon and leave it aside. Put in a baking pan a nonstick paper and spread the 8 doughs for croissants (without fold them) in star shape.

In each dough you put a slice of bacon. Then spread 2/3 of the grated cheese, like the picture.

Place the eggs over cheese and fold the edges of croissants inwardly.

Pour the remaining cheese on top and put the pan in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until croissants cooked nicely.

*scrambled eggs:

5 eggs

5 Tbsp of milk

2 to 3 Tbsp of butter

Place the milk and the butter in a small pan. When they boil, add eggs, dissolve them immediately and mixed them with short movements back and forth, in order to be cooked in the milk and become fluffy egg pieces.
