Peppers(chilli or not) with eggs in the oven

When you decide to eat a good breakfast, you have to offer yourself eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 40 gr. green peppers (chilli or not)
  • 350 gr. grated semi-hard yellow cheese (cheddar)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 750 ml milk
  • 200 gr. flour, for all uses
  • A little salt
  • 10 slices of bacon

How to do:

Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Butter or lightly oil an ovenproof dish, about 22×33 cm. Finely chop the peppers and mix in a bowl along with cheese. Spread the mixture into the ovenproof dish. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, flour and salt. Pour over the cheese to the peppers. Finely chop the bacon, sauté it and pour it scattered. Bake for 40 minutes or until eggs. Bake for 40 minutes or until eggs be cooked. If you put a toothpick and comes out clean, the food is ready.
