Nisouaz salad with anchovies and eggs

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 4 to 6 people


1) 3 boiled eggs in slices

2) 3 tomatoes cut in cubes

3) 3 cubed boiled potatoes

4) 1 cup of tea boiled fresh beans

5) 1 chopped green pepper

6) green olives

7) 1 box of tuna

8) black olives

9) some anchovies

10) 1 melted garlic

11) oil

12) vinegar

13) salt

14) pepper

15) oregano

How to do:

1) Wash and cut the tomatoes in small cubes. Do the same with potatoes and the fresh beans.  Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano on them.

2) Rub the garlic on a salad bowl and put it into potatoes with green beans, tomatoes, pepper, cut into rings, shredded tuna, olives and eggs, cut into quarters.

3) Finally, add the anchovy fillets and sprinkle with vinaigrette.
