Red tart with sausages

For the dough
-400 Gr. flour
-85 G. butter
-85 G. of olive oil
-1 Cup white wine
-1 egg
-3  tbsp tomato paste
-wine for brushing
For the filling
-2 Large sausage into thin slices
-200 Gr. chopped onion
-2 Hard boiled eggs
-100 Gr. Gruyere cubes
-1 Red pepper into rings
-150 Gr. of olive oil
-150 Gr. fennel chopped
-1  tbsp paprika
-1  tbsp parsley
-Salt, Pepper


How to do

Prepare the filling: Saute the onion in olive oil over medium heat until translucent. Add the sausages, pepper, the fennel root, paprika, salt, pepper and parsley. Slowly cooked for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens. As soon as cooled, add the gruyere.

Prepare the dough: Pour the flour and salt, gradually adding the butter, olive oil, wine, egg and tomato paste in the mixer . We shape the dough until it becomes fluffy, then shape it into a ball, then wrap it with cling film and leave it in the fridge for half an hour to rest. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the dough into tart pan, covered with baking paper. Brush its walls with the wine, then pour the filling in the tart pan and add the sliced eggs. Bake at 170 ° C for 20 minutes.
