  • 1 pinch of vanilla

  • 1 gr nutmeg
  • 3 large eggs
  • 120 gr. milk
  • 50 gr. yogurt
  • 15 gr. ammonia powder
  • 1 kg flour

How to do

Beat well the butter with the sugar in a mixer, until the mixture becomes white. At the same time, place the eggs, zest, honey, nutmeg and vanilla in a basin, mix them well with wire and add it all in the mixer. Place the milk, yogurt and ammonia in a glass, stir them well, until ammonia dissolved and add it in the mixer. Add little by little the flour, stirring gently by hand. When it incorporated, cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. We place a baking paper in a pan. Make cookies into the shape you want and place them in a row in the pan. Then, with a brush cover your cookies with the beaten egg and bake them for about 20 minutes. Remove them from the pan and place them in an airtight box, when they cool.
