Chef’s salad

A delicious salad for the hot afternoons that cooking is a hassle! Besides the flavor, it offers us many antioxidants which are important for our health!

 

Ingredients:

150 gr. thin slices of ham, cut into cubes

salad leaves (lettuce, spinach, arugula)

2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

4 boiled eggs, sliced

2 medium tomatoe, sliced

4 slices of cheese (for sandwiches) in cubes

Dressing:

6 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp mustard

salt, pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh onion

 

How to do:

Firstly, prepare the dressing. Put the oil, vinegar, mustard, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat with wire until they homogenize. Add in bowl the ham, the vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese and stir well, so the dressing to be mixed. Garnish the salad with the eggs and serve.
