Egg salad with tuna


  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • half lettuce
  • half a red pepper
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard (without sugar)
  • Salt and pepper

How to do:

Cut the eggs into quarters. Wash and chop the vegetables. Open the can of tuna, remove water andwash it with water. In a bowl stir the eggs, tuna and vegetables. Then add salt, pepper. Mix the mustard with the lemon juice and pour it over the salad.

Tip: In the salad you can add seasonal vegetables of your choice.
