Salad with cucumber, green beans, prosciutto, cheese and egg

Ingredients for 6 people



-3 cucumbers

-300 gr. green beans

-6 slices of prosciutto

-80 gr. cheese in peels

-3 eggs, soft-boiled


How to do:

Cut the cucumber into thin strips. Boil the beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and cool them off in a bowl with water and ice. Prepare the sauce in a bowl and stir it with the mustard, vinegar and olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Serve prosciutto, eggs, cut in half and the cheese on a platter and pour the sauce over the salad.
