Salad with feta cheese, arugula and eggs

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • leaves of a lettuce
  • 2 bunches arugula
  • 200 gr feta cheese
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1/3 bunch chopped dill
  • 1 fresh chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

How to do:

Wash and chop salads. Peel the eggs, cut them in quarters and cut the feta cheese into cubes. In a bowl mix the vegetables and the feta cheese and add the eggs. Mix well the olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper in a shaker. Pour over the salad with the vinaigrette and serve.

Tip: You can enrich the vinaigrette eith a mixture of aromatic herbs.
